Return Process

You must first notify The Svelte Shop within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification

Produce a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email  as a proof of purchase.

On receipt of the product, The Svelte Shop will refund the purchased price of the item to the credit card you used at the time of the purchase.





Return Terms & Conditions

The Svelte Shop wants to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. All items before being dispatched are thoroughly inspected to ensure high level of quality in the products purchased.

As majority of the products are handmade, small imperfections should not be considered as faults, this is the character of handcrafted design. We do not refund any product that has slight imperfections due to its handcrafted nature.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, unless deemed faulty.

Products must be returned in its original condition – unworn, unmarked and within the original packaging

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment of the Product.The refund amount will be processed within 7 days from the day The Svelte Shop receives the product back.


The Svelte Shop accepts exchanges of products  in its original condition – unworn, unmarked and within the original packaging.

Important Info

The Svelte Shop does not accept returns or exchanges of pierced jewellery such as earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Our products are made by hand and not by machines, small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product.

This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be considered as a fault.

They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
