International Shipping
International Shipping is available for most of the products. Shipment is processed within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification by Paypal. Once processed, orders are delivered within 3-10 business days plus any customs processing time.
Please note, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes by the importing country. The Svelte Shop Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

Order Tracking
If the shipping option was upgraded to express post at the time of checkout then tracking details will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Products purchased with the free standard shipping to AU does not include order tracking.

International delivery times are generally 3-10 business days from the date it is dispatched, however this time will vary according to your location and the delivery schedule of postal services.
The Svelte Shop is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
The Svelte Shop will not be held responsible for any shipping delay or undelivered order resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been returned to us, and re-shipping costs will be at your charge.
